This project for the Economía 3 magazine meant creating the cover and reprints of the chapters that the Valencia Diseña ebook had as material to defend Valencia’s candidacy as World Design Capital for 2022
The collage technique in which different elements merge and coordinate with each other in the same space was used.
In the image seen to the left, the design is based on a photograph of an emblematic building of the city of Valencia, on a background of waves simulating the sea. In the foreground, the silhouette of a person whose face is represented by the moon, so as to refer to the well-known popular saying ‘A la lluna de valencia’ from which a shoot emerges and is watered.
And it stands out in green from the other elements in the black and white design, as the shoot, the image with leaves and the creative bud.
